Return FormUnfortunately, we can’t
take anything back that has been worn or used. That is why we ask
that you PLEASE check the sizing chart and measure your dog so it is
a comfortable fit when he/she sports the shirt. If you do have
something that is unworn, and it is within 30 days of the day your
purchase date, please print and fill out the return form
here according to the directions and include it with your
return packaging. We’ll exchange your shirt for a
different size, different shirt (of equal or lesser value), or refund
your money, whichever you prefer. Unfortunately, we do have to charge
a $3 restocking fee for all refunds. There is no restocking fee
for exchanges. You should see your refund in 5-10 business days.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges.

Shipping Policy
We ship Via the USPS and try to use as much of their Cradle to
Cradle eco-friendly packaging as possible. RECYCLE OR REUSE THEM
PLEASE!!! We generally ship your order within 1-3 business days of the
order date. You can select:
USPS Standard Shipping - 3-5 business days after processing - $5 for one item and $1.50 for each additional item
USPS Express Shipping - 1-2 business days after processing - $29.95 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item
All sales and promotions offering free shipping are shipped via the
USPS Standard Shipping method. Express mail is not an option for free
shipping.

These sales apply to domestic purchases only.
Tracking Your Packages
Absolutely. You should get two emails from us. One when you place your
order and one when your order ships with your tracking number. If you
pay with Paypal, you will receive an extra e-mail from them as well. If
you don't receive an email at any of these occasions, please visit
www.waggish.com/contact and let us know. We'll fix it ASAP.
